My package includes early entry. When should I arrive?

You’ll receive an email from SUPER 3–5 days before your show with all VIP check-in details, including the recommended arrival time. Please note that arrival order is managed on-site and arriving earlier does not always guarantee front placement.

If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also check our VIP Mailers page, where we post check-in information once it’s ready. Simply look for your tour/artist and your show date HERE.
