When will I receive my VIP information?

VIP details are sent 3–5 days before your show date and include important information such as arrival times, check-in location, and other key event details.

• For North America or Australia shows, the email will come from vip@superfan.live
• For Europe or UK shows, details are sent via the venue box office

Please note that all VIP communications are sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Any VIP updates (email, text, or mail, if applicable) will be delivered to the contact details on the original order.
