What happens if I arrive late for my VIP experience?

We recommend arriving at the scheduled VIP check-in time listed in your confirmation email to ensure you can enjoy the full experience. Arriving late may result in missing parts of your package, including VIP merchandise, which is distributed during check-in.

Some experiences - such as Meet & Greets or Backstage Tours - have strict cut-off times. If you arrive after the designated cut-off listed in your VIP information email, you may miss those elements of your experience.
