What time does VIP check-in close, and what happens if I arrive late?

VIP check-in times can vary by venue, but typically check-in closes when the main act goes on stage. If you think you may be running late, please text the VIP Day-Of-Show Hotline listed in your pre-show email - our on-site team will do their best to assist.

Friendly reminders:

VIP merchandise is only available during the designated check-in window, so arriving on time is important.
If you’re picking up tickets at the box office, please note that most venues close box office services at showtime.
