Where is VIP check-in on the day of the show?

You’ll receive an email from SUPER 3–5 days before your show with all VIP check-in details, including the exact location of our on-site VIP staff. If you don’t see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you’re already at the venue and can’t locate the information, you can text the VIP Hotline listed at the bottom of your information email for assistance.
