What if my name doesn’t match the VIP order?

VIP packages are verified under the original purchaser’s name.

If someone else purchased the VIP package for you, you may still check in by bringing:

  • A copy or screenshot of the original order confirmation, and
  • A copy or photo of the original purchaser’s photo ID.

Name changes are not permitted, but this process allows gifted VIP packages to be honored smoothly.
