What do I need for VIP Check-In?

To check in for your VIP experience, please bring the following:

  • Your VIP order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device)
  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the VIP order

Our on-site VIP team will use this information to verify your purchase and check you in.

Important notes:

  • Concert tickets are not used for VIP check-in.
  • VIP check-in is managed separately from venue entry and ticket scanning.
  • All guests in your party must be present at check-in unless otherwise noted.
