What merchandise items are included in my VIP package, and when will I receive them?

A full list of merchandise items included in your VIP package is available at the time of purchase and in your VIP confirmation email.

Depending on the specific event and package purchased, merchandise will be delivered in one of the following ways:

  • Shipped to your home, or
  • Available for on-site pickup at the venue, typically at VIP check-in or a designated merchandise location

Details regarding your merchandise delivery or pickup method will be outlined in your purchase confirmation and in the pre-event information email sent prior to your show.

Important Note:

If your package includes on-site merchandise pickup, items must be collected during the designated pickup window on the day of the event. Unfortunately, unclaimed merchandise cannot be shipped after the show.
