Q: How do I access the Artist Presale?

Fans can register through Seated to participate in the Artist Presale beginning Wednesday, November 11 at 10:00 AM PT. Registered fans will receive a unique presale code granting early access to tickets.

Q: How do I access the RUSH VIP & Travel Package Presale?

RUSH Backstage and RUSH Newsletter members will receive an exclusive two-hour presale window to purchase VIP and Travel Packages beginning Friday, November 6 at 10:00 AM PT. The VIP and Travel Package general on-sale begins at 12:00 PM PT the same day.

Q: What is happening at Fontainebleau Las Vegas during RUSH at Sphere?

Fontainebleau Las Vegas will serve as the official destination for RUSH VIP and Travel experiences during the Sphere residency. Fans can enjoy exclusive activations and visit the official RUSH merchandise pop-up, featuring a curated selection of merchandise celebrating the band's career and debut at Sphere.

Q: Can I visit the official RUSH merchandise pop-up without purchasing a VIP or Travel Package?

Yes. Fans do not need to purchase a VIP or Travel Package to visit the official RUSH merchandise pop-up.

Q: What is the difference between a Rush VIP Experience and a Rush Travel Package?

VIP Experiences include a Rush concert ticket along with the specific VIP benefits associated with the package purchased, such as Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge access, merchandise, priority entry, or the Meet & Greet depending on the package level.

Travel Packages combine a two-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with two Rush concert tickets, exclusive Rush Travel merchandise, roundtrip transportation between the hotel and Sphere, and on-site hotel host support.

Select Travel Packages also include the “FREEWILL” VIP Experience.

Q: Are the Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge and Rush pop-up store located at Sphere?

No. The Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge and Rush pop-up store are located off-site and are not inside Sphere.

The Xanadu lounge will be available to eligible “TIME STAND STILL” and “FREEWILL” guests for a limited time before the show.

Q: When will I receive additional information about the Xanadu lounge, VIP schedule, and pre-show experience?

Specific dates, times, and additional details for the Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge and Rush pop-up store will be communicated to eligible purchasers approximately 3 - 5 days before the show.

Guests should monitor the email address associated with their purchase for important event information.

Q: Do RUSH VIP Packages include a concert ticket?

Yes. All three official RUSH VIP Packages include one reserved concert ticket at Sphere. The seating location varies depending on the VIP Package purchased.

Q: Which Rush Sphere VIP package includes the Meet & Greet with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson?

The “TIME STAND STILL” Meet & Greet Experience includes an invitation to the official Meet & Greet with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson.

The package also includes a professional Meet & Greet photo, a signed Rush collectible, Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge access, premium merchandise, priority entry, and additional VIP benefits.

The “FREEWILL” VIP Experience and “VITAL SIGNS” SUPERFAN Package do not include the Meet & Greet.

Q: Is the Meet & Greet photo provided to each guest?

The “TIME STAND STILL” Meet & Greet Experience includes one professional photo per transaction.

The professional photo is not provided individually to each guest on the same transaction.

Q: Can I bring an item for Geddy Lee or Alex Lifeson to autograph during the Meet & Greet?

No. Outside items are not permitted for signing at Sphere.

The “TIME STAND STILL” Meet & Greet Experience instead includes an exclusive Rush collectible that has been selected and pre-signed by the band.

TRAVEL PACKAGE FAQ

Q: Can I add an additional hotel night to my Rush Sphere Travel Package?

Rush Sphere Travel Packages include a two-night hotel stay, with check-in the day before the show and check-out the day after the show.

Additional nights can be booked directly through www.fontainebleaulasvegas.com. Once your reservation has been booked, please contact us with your reservation details and we will work with the Fontainebleau to connect your reservations.

Note that reservations can only be connected between rooms with the same bed type and category. All Travel Packages come with either a Bleau King Bed Room or a Bleau Two Queen Bed Room.

All requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

Q: Can I change the name on my Rush Sphere Travel Package?

Name change requests will be reviewed based on the applicable package terms and available options. If you need to request a name change on your Travel Package, please contact rushtravel@superfan.live with your booking details and the requested change.

Q: I need an accessible/ADA hotel room with my Rush Sphere Travel Package. How do I request one?

If you require an accessible hotel room or specific accessibility accommodations during your stay, please contact rushtravel@superfan.live with your booking details and accommodation request. Our Travel team will review the request and coordinate with the hotel regarding available accessible room options. All requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

Q: How many guests and hotel nights are included with a Rush Sphere Travel Package?

Rush Sphere Travel Packages are designed for two guests and include:

One hotel room at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
A two-night stay
Check-in the day before the show
Check-out the day after the show
Two Rush concert tickets
One exclusive Rush Travel Package merchandise item per person
Roundtrip shuttle transportation between Fontainebleau and Sphere

Q: Am I able to have additional guests in my room that are not part of my travel package?

Bleau King Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.

Bleau Two Queen Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Where capacity permits, for any additional guests above 2, there is a fee of $55 per person per night.

Q: Can I have my room near my friends?

Q: What is the difference between the Reserved Seating Travel Package and the “FREEWILL” Travel Package?

The Reserved Seating Travel Package includes two reserved Rush concert tickets along with the hotel stay, Rush Travel merchandise, roundtrip shuttle transportation, and hotel host support.

The “FREEWILL” Travel Package includes two “FREEWILL” VIP Experience tickets, which add benefits including:

100-or 200-level Sphere seating
Xanadu VIP pre-show lounge access
Two drink tokens per VIP guest
VIP-exclusive merchandise
Commemorative laminate and lanyard
VIP priority entry
Dedicated VIP check-in and support

The “FREEWILL” Travel Package also includes a $150 rideshare credit per package for use during the Las Vegas stay, subject to applicable restrictions.

Q: What hotel room types are available with Rush Sphere Travel Packages?

Rush Sphere Travel Packages are offered at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with two room configurations:

Guests should select the appropriate package and room configuration when purchasing.

Q: What do I need to check in at the hotel?

The lead purchaser of the package must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card at check in.

Q: What hotel costs are covered in my Travel Package?

Room, Tax and Resort Fee are all included as part of your Travel Package price. Guests are responsible for any incidental charges they incur during their stay and are required to provide a credit card at check in.

Q: What is included in the Resort Fee?

The resort fee includes in-room Wi-Fi for up to four devices; self-parking; access for up to two persons to the Fitness Center, a dedicated concierge offering special dining access and spa reservations, unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll-free calls. Select amenities, such as the Fitness Center are subject to availability and guest demand.

Q: Do I have to pay the Resort Fee on top of my Travel Package price?

No, the resort fee is included in your travel package purchase.

Q: Is there Parking at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas?

Valet parking for Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests is $35/day, Monday-Thursday; and, $40/day Friday-Sunday. Prices may be higher during special events. Registered Fontainebleau Las Vegas guests that valet park while on property will have reentry privileges, subject to availability.

Q: Is transportation between the hotel and Sphere included with my Travel Package?

Yes. Rush Sphere Travel Packages include roundtrip shuttle transportation between Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Sphere.

Guests who purchase a “FREEWILL” Travel Package also receive a $150 rideshare credit per package to use during their Las Vegas stay.

The rideshare credit expires the day after hotel checkout and is subject to applicable restrictions.
