BON JOVI 2026 (VIP PROGRAM FAQ)

1. Does floor-standing access include the Side Stage Experience?

No. Floor-standing access and the Side Stage Experience are separate package inclusions. Guests must purchase a package that includes the Side Stage Experience or the "Legendary" Side Stage VIP Upgrade (where available), to participate.


2. What ticket or package do I need to access the Side Stage Experience?

The Side Stage Experience is available only to guests who have purchased a package that includes the Side Stage benefit or the "Legendary" Side Stage VIP Upgrade. If purchasing the upgrade, please note that it does not include admission to the concert, and a separate valid concert ticket is required.


3. Do I need a floor ticket to purchase the Legendary Side Stage VIP Upgrade?

Yes. Guests must already have a concert ticket located within the designated floor seating area to be eligible for the Legendary Side Stage VIP Upgrade.

The Side Stage Experience is specifically tied to guests with floor tickets due to the logistics and accessibility requirements of the experience.


4. Does any floor ticket qualify for the Side Stage Experience?

No. A floor ticket alone does not include Side Stage access.

Guests must:

  • Hold an eligible floor ticket, and
  • Purchase a package or upgrade that specifically includes the Side Stage Experience.

5.What if my venue has seated floor tickets instead of standing floor tickets?

Some venues offer seated floor sections rather than general admission standing floor areas.

For these shows, the requirement is tied to having a ticket located within the designated floor area. If you are unsure whether your ticket qualifies, please contact SUPER Customer Service before purchasing the upgrade.


6. What is included in the Side Stage Experience?

Guests with Side Stage access will be able to watch three songs from a designated side stage viewing area located next to the stage during Bon Jovi's performance. Additional inclusions vary by package purchased.


7. Can I remain in the Side Stage viewing area for the entire show?

No. The Side Stage Experience is limited to the designated number of songs outlined in your package. Following the experience, guests will be directed to their ticketed seat or viewing location for the remainder of the performance. Based on the package language, the side stage access is specifically described as a three-song experience.
