Enhanced Experiences & Travel Packages

GENERAL PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Q: What is the difference between the Meet & Greet Snake Pit Two Day Experience and the Snake Pit Two Day Experience?

A: The Meet & Greet Snake Pit Two Day Experience includes everything in the Snake Pit Two Day Experience, plus one meet & greet and group conversation with two band members (band members vary by show), one photo taken by the tour photographer, one photo taken on Metallica’s custom stage, a limited-edition residency poster, and an autographed setlist featuring songs from both shows. The Snake Pit Two Day Experience does not include the meet & greet, stage photo, poster, or autographed setlist.

Q: Who do I contact about my package?

A:

• Enhanced Experience packages (tickets + experiences) are operated by SUPER.

• Travel packages including hotel accommodations are operated in partnership with Vibee.


Q: Which packages include access to the Black Box Experience?

A: The Black Box Experience is included with the following packages:

Superfan Reserved, "Full House" Sphere, and First Entry GA packages do not include Black Box Experience access.


Q: Where is the Black Box Experience located?

A: The Black Box Experience is not located at Sphere, but at a secondary location. It is exclusive to Enhanced Experience guests during designated pre-show hours on show days. Full details, including location and times, will be emailed 5-7 days before your show.


Q: Is the Black Box Experience inside Sphere?

Q: When can I access the Black Box Experience?

A: More information coming soon.


Q: Can I use drink tickets outside of the Black Box Experience? 

A: No. Drink tokens are valid only within the Black Box Experience during designated hours and have no cash value.


Q: Do any packages include backstage access?

A: No. Enhanced Experience packages do not include backstage access unless explicitly stated. Artist interaction is only offered with the Meet & Greet Snake Pit Two Day Experience package, which includes a meet & greet with two band members (band members vary by show) and group conversation.


Q: Are tickets included with my Enhanced Experience package?

A: Yes. All Enhanced Experience packages include a concert ticket, either GA floor, Snake Pit, or reserved seating, depending on the package selected.


Q: Are packages refundable or transferable?

A: All Enhanced Experience packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all package details and terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase.


TWO-DAY PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Q: Does my Two-Day package include both shows?

A: Yes. All Two-Day packages include access to both the Thursday and Saturday shows for your selected residency weekend.


Q: Can I attend only one night with a Two-Day package?

A: Two-Day packages include access to both shows and cannot be split, transferred, or partially refunded if one show is missed.


Q: How many meet & greets are included with the Meet & Greet Snake Pit Two Day Experience?

A: Each two-day package includes one meet & greet per package purchased. Full details regarding your meet & greet, including location and times, will be emailed 5-7 days before your show.


Q: Are the songs the same both nights?

A: Setlists will vary by show and are determined by the band.


Q: Which band members participate in the meet & greet?

A: Participating band members vary by show and are not announced in advance.


Q: Can I choose which band members I meet?

A: No. Participating band members vary by show and are not announced in advance.


Q: Can I bring items to be signed?

A: Additional autographs are not permitted. The autographed setlist included in the Meet & Greet Snake Pit Two Day Experience package serves as the commemorative signed item.


Q: When will I get my M&G photo?

A: Meet & greet photos will be available for digital download 3-5 days after the show. You will be sent instructions for accessing your photo in your pre-show email.


Q: What merchandise is included with Two Day packages?

A: Depending on the package, items may include a limited-edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item, residency-exclusive poster (Meet and Greet package only), autographed setlist (Meet & Greet package only), and an MP3 download of the live audio from both shows. Items are distributed per package purchased.


Q: When will I receive my merch?

A: Merchandise is distributed during check-in. Items cannot be shipped after the event if unclaimed.


SINGLE DAY PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Q: What is the difference between Snake Pit Single Day and Enhanced Reserved Single Day?

A: Snake Pit Single Day includes standing access in the center-stage Snake Pit area. Enhanced Reserved Single Day includes a premium reserved seat in the 100 or 200 levels with views of both the stage and Sphere visuals. Both include Black Box Experience access, a limited-edition Metallica x YETI item, and an MP3 download of that night’s show.


Q: What is included in the Superfan Reserved Single Day Package?

A: This package includes one reserved 300-level ticket, one limited-edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item, an MP3 download of the live show, and Enhanced Experiences check-in with host team.


Q: What does “First Entry” mean?

A: First Entry allows entry before the general public. It does not guarantee a specific location on the floor.


Q: When does First Entry occur?

A: First Entry GA packages enter before the general public. "Full House" entry occurs after the First Entry GA package group.


"FULL HOUSE" PROGRAM

Q: What is the “Full House” Sphere 2026 Ticket?

A: The “Full House” Ticket includes GA floor access with first entry for as many Sphere 2026 residency shows as you choose to attend (within the Life Burns Faster 2026 Residency only). It also includes a special edition metal laminate - personalized with your name! “Full House” first entry is after the First Entry GA Package group.


Q: Do I need to confirm attendance for each show?

A: Yes. "Full House" ticket holders must confirm attendance in advance for each show they plan to attend. Instructions will be provided after purchase.


Q: Can I sell my "Full House" access for certain dates?

A: No. These tickets are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.


Q: Can I use my “Full House” for festivals or non-residency shows?

A: No.The "Full House" Sphere 2026 Ticket is only valid for the Life Burns Faster Sphere 2026 Residency shows and may not be used for festivals, benefit concerts, or other Metallica appearances.


Q: When does Full "House" first entry occur?

A: First entry for "Full House" occurs after the First Entry GA Package group.


SNAKE PIT

Q: Is the Snake Pit seated?

A: No. The Snake Pit is a standing-only section located in the center of the stage.


Q: Is there a capacity limit in the Snake Pit?

A: Yes. Access is limited to the number of packages sold for that section.

Q: Can I leave and re-enter the Snake Pit?

A: Yes, however, your exact location within the standing room only Snake Pit cannot be held or reserved. Re-entry to the Snake Pit is subject to venue policy and venue security, and there may be times where access to this area is delayed.


CHECK-IN & DAY-OF-SHOW

Q: When will I receive my Check-In details?

A: Detailed Check-In instructions, including dates, times, and Black Box Experience details (if applicable), will be emailed 5-7 days before your show to the email used at purchase.


Q: What do I need to bring to check in?

A: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (digital copy acceptable). Enhanced Experiences packages are non-transferable. If the original purchaser cannot attend, please contact SUPER Customer Support in advance. Unauthorized transfers may result in denied entry.


Q: When will I receive my live audio MP3 download?

A: MP3 download codes (for applicable packages) will be sent via email after the show(s), once the live audio is available to download. Instructions will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Delivery timing may vary.
