Thank you for your interest in Metallica’s Enhanced Experiences! Please note that policies differ between the “I Disappear” Tickets, "Lux Æterna" Private Platform Experiences, and the Enhanced Experiences.


1-DAY PACKAGES IN 2-DAY MARKETS

Q: Are single-day Enhanced Experience packages still available for two-day shows?

A: Enhanced Experience packages for Metallica’s 2026 Europe & UK tour are currently sold out. From time to time, additional inventory may be released, so we recommend keeping an eye on the official VIP page for any updates.

Q: Can I attend one show and let a friend use the second day of my two-day package?

A: Enhanced Experience packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. A valid photo ID is required at check-in, and access to all included benefits is tied to the purchaser for both event dates.


MERCHANDISE

Q: When will I receive my merchandise?

A: All merchandise will be distributed at check-in on the day of the first show!


Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

A: We do not have any storage for guest merchandise. You will need to keep merchandise on your person, or leave it at your seat at your own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.


TICKETING

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: Tickets to the show will all be mobile unless otherwise specified.


Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Metallica Enhanced Experiences?

A: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for the Enhanced Experiences. Most concerts are open to all ages, but age policies vary by venue. Please refer to the ticketing company or venue website for age restrictions for each concert.


In order for both a minor and their guardian to enjoy the same benefits of an Enhanced Experience, they must each purchase the same package tier. Please note that if a minor has a "Nothing Else Matters" Snake Pit Experience, their adult guardian must purchase a "Moth Into Flame" Snake Pit Experience package to access both the Black Box Lounge and Snake Pit. While the minor can attend the backstage tour and meet & greet without their adult guardian, the guardian will not be allowed to accompany the minor for these activities. Conversely, if the adult participates in the meet & greet or backstage tour, the minor will need to remain in the Black Box Lounge during those events.


Q: Can I sell my Enhanced Experience tickets?

A: No, unfortunately Enhanced Experience tickets cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.


Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?

A: All Enhanced Experiences are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Q: I bought this package as a gift. How do I put my Enhanced Experienced package in someone else's name?

A: All packages are in the original purchaser's name. The person who arrives at Enhanced Experiences Check-In must have a copy of the original purchaser's ID in order to receive all their package benefits.


ACCESSIBILITY

Q: Do the Enhanced Experience packages offer accessible seating?

A: Yes, accessible seating is available for Enhanced Experience packages. Please reach out to your local venue to request more information on accessible seating options.


GENERAL

Q: Is there any COVID protocol?

A: Health and safety guidelines vary from market to market. Please check your venue’s website for more information about their policies. If you are attending the “Nothing Else Matters” Enhanced Experience, you may be required to take a Covid test, which will be administered on site.


Q: Is there a bag policy?

A: Bag policies vary from market to market. Please check your venue’s website for more information about their bag policies.


Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?

A: The “Black Box” pre-show lounge is the site of the official pre-show party, exclusive to select Enhanced Experience customers only. Access to the lounge includes THREE (3) complimentary drinks as well as appetizers and bar snacks. You will be sent more information about the location of the pre-show lounge prior to the event!


Q: Can I bring merchandise to the meet & greet to be autographed?

A: Unfortunately the band is unable to autograph items.


Q: Does my Enhanced Experience give me access to everything backstage?

A: There will be no backstage access outside of the “Nothing Else Matters” meet and greet. That backstage access will be led by a Metallica crew member.


Q: What is the Snake Pit?

A: The Snake Pit is an exclusive standing section built inside the middle of the stage, providing a 360-viewing experience of the show.


Q: Is parking included?

A: None of the Enhanced Experience packages include parking.


Q: When will I receive information about check-in?

A: More information about your Enhanced Experience will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event, including the Check-In location and schedule.


Q: Can I bring my own camera?

A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.


Personal cameras will not be permitted backstage or during the Meet & Greet. There will be a tour photographer who will take your Meet & Greet photo with the band, and you will be able to download a digital copy shortly after the concert.

"I DISAPPEAR" TICKETS


GENERAL


Q: Are “I Disappear” tickets still available?

A: “I Disappear” tickets are completely sold out and are no longer available for purchase.

Due to extremely high demand, we do not anticipate additional inventory becoming available. If anything changes, updates would be communicated through official channels only.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and support, and we’re excited to welcome all guests who were able to secure tickets for this experience.


Q: What does the “I Disappear” Ticket include?

A: By purchasing an “I Disappear” Ticket, you will have General Admission access to any and every show of your choosing for the dates and territories granted by your selected package. You will have early entry access - this will allow you to enter the venue ahead of the standard General Admission entry, after the Enhanced Experience customers with early entry. Please note that Snake Pit access is only available through Enhanced Experience packages and is not included as part of your “I Disappear” Ticket.


Q: Can I use my “I Disappear” Ticket to attend any Metallica concert?

A: The “I Disappear” EU/ UK 2026 Ticket is valid only for Metallica tour dates announced on May 22nd, 2025. The “I Disappear” Ticket may not be used for festivals, promotional shows, or benefit concerts as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour dates announced on May 22nd, 2025.


Q: Will “I Disappear” ticket holders have the first chance to access early entry to the concert?

A: No. Enhanced Experience customers with early entry packages will have the first chance to access the concert. “I Disappear” ticket holders will be allowed entry after Enhanced Experience ticket holders. Both groups will have early access before general ticket holders.


Q: When will I be able to personalize my laminate?

A: Photo submissions will be requested within 90 days of the first show of the tour. I Disappear tickets purchased within 60 days of the first show date will not receive a personalized laminate. Instead, a generic laminate will be provided. Names cannot be changed once the I Disappear ticket has been purchased.


Q: How will I receive my “I Disappear” personalized laminate?

A: Your “I Disappear” personalized metal laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend on the tour.


Q: I have lost my laminate, what should I do?

A: Your personalized laminate can only be issued to you once and cannot be replaced. You can still collect your tickets using a valid photo ID.


Q: Can my personalized laminate or tickets be shipped to me?

A: No, your laminate will be given to you at the first show you attend. Laminates must be collected in person, by the named ticket holder at the first show attended. Tickets must be collected prior to each show reserved.


Q: Is there a purchase limit?

A: Yes, “I Disappear” Tickets are capped at TWO (2) tickets per purchaser. If you purchase two “I Disappear” Tickets, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase. Once assigned, the name and photo cannot be changed.


Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows and get my tickets?

A: Closer to the tour, you will receive instructions by email to RSVP for your chosen dates. You must reserve your place at least 28 days before each show. Once reservations are made, your tickets will be available to collect at the check-in location specified in the pre-show mailer sent 3-5 days before the show. If you do not reserve by this deadline, you will not be admitted.


Q: When will I receive more information about the shows I have reserved tickets for?

A: Once you have reserved your tickets for a show, an email will be sent to you to confirm your attendance and detail times, locations and venue specific information like bag policies and security information. This can be expected 3-5 days prior to each show you select to attend. Q: Can I bring my own camera?

A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.

Q: Can someone else use my “I Disappear” Ticket?

A: No, the “I Disappear” Ticket is strictly non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. You will be asked to present valid identification at entry to verify that your legal name matches the name engraved on your metal laminate.


Q: Is parking included?

“Lux Æterna” Platform Experiences

Q: What’s included in the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?

A: This package includes access to a private, raised viewing platform on the stadium floor for you and up to seven (7) guests (eight (8) person max), offering some of the best sightlines in the venue. The package also includes general admission floor access for all guests, access to the “Black Box” pre-show lounge with three (3) complimentary drinks, canapés, and bar snacks, complimentary beverages* served from a YETI cooler (please note: cooler is for serving drinks only and cannot be taken home), one (1) limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item per guest, and seating provided for all guests on the platform during the show. *Beverage selection varies by venue in accordance with local licensing regulations.


Q: What is the private viewing platform?

A: This is a raised platform at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor. Less than 75 feet from the stage, this is the best viewing opportunity of the concert provided in the entire stadium. The viewing platform also provides easy access to the GA standing area.


Q: How many people can come on the platform?

A: The platform can host up to eight (8) people.


Q: Is there seating on the viewing platform?

A: Yes. Seating will be provided for all eight (8) guests.


Q: How long will we have access to the platform for?

A: Your group may access the platform from the time doors open until the end of the show. Please note: for a short portion of the performance (approximately 3–5 minutes), you will be asked to temporarily vacate the platform due to production elements. During this time you will be able to enjoy the show from the general admission standing area. Venue security will notify you when you need to vacate the platform and will let you know when it is safe to return.


Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?

A: The “Black Box” is the official pre-show lounge for select Enhanced Experience guests. Lounge access includes three (3) complimentary beverages, as well as canapés and bar snacks. Final lounge details (including location) will be included in your pre-show information email.


Q: What drinks will be in the beverage cooler?

A: The cooler will be pre-stocked with a selection of beverages prior to your arrival, with a total of two (2) drinks per person - sixteen (16) in total. Beverage offerings vary by market and are subject to local licensing laws. Please note that all drinks must be poured into cups, as glass bottles and cans are not permitted on the platform for safety reasons.


Q: Is parking included?

No. Parking is not included with this package.

A: Yes. The group host must remain the same, but the additional group guests can differ between the two event shows. Please note, only one (1) Metallica x YETI drinkware item per guest is included in your package, with a maximum of eight (8) total. Additional merchandise will not be provided for purchasers returning with different guests for 2-day packages.


Q: Can I bring my own camera?

Q: Is there a purchasing limit for this package?

A: Yes. The limit is one (1) package per customer. Each package includes tickets for up to seven (7) guests + the purchaser. Eight (8) attendees per day will be permitted entry, including the host.
