Which VIP items are eligible for merchandise shipping?

Only select VIP items - such as tour books or post-tour keepsakes - are eligible for shipment. If your VIP package includes shipped merchandise, this will be clearly noted at the time of purchase and referenced in your pre-event or post-event communications.

Unless explicitly stated, VIP merchandise is intended for on-site pickup only and will not be shipped after the event.
