What happens if I miss part of my VIP experience?

VIP experiences are delivered according to a set schedule. If a guest misses part of the experience due to late arrival or personal circumstances, missed elements cannot be re-created, replaced, or refunded.

We strongly recommend arriving on time to ensure full participation.
