Can my carer or companion attend the VIP experience with me?

Accessibility accommodations are important to us. In many cases, a carer or companion may accompany a guest to assist with accessibility needs.

Please note that carers or companions may not be able to participate in VIP activities or receive VIP merchandise unless they hold their own VIP package.

We recommend contacting the venue’s Guest Services or Accessibility Team in advance to arrange accommodations, and reaching out to our SUPER VIP Customer Service Team if you have VIP-specific questions.
