What if I forgot to pick up my merchandise?
If your VIP package included on-site merchandise pickup and the item was not collected during the designated pickup window, we’re unfortunately unable to provide replacements or ship merchandise after the event.
Merchandise quantities are limited and allocated based on event attendance, which means unclaimed items cannot be redistributed once the show has concluded.
We strongly recommend collecting all VIP merchandise during check-in or at the designated pickup location listed in your VIP information email.
