If you need assistance on the day of the show, please refer to your VIP information email, which includes a Day-Of-Show VIP Hotline number.

Texting this hotline is the fastest way to reach our on-site team for help with:

  • Finding VIP check-in
  • Late arrival questions
  • Immediate VIP-related concerns

For non-VIP ticket issues (such as seating, ticket delivery, or box office matters), please contact the venue or your original ticketing provider, as those items are managed outside of SUPER.
