What happens if I miss VIP Check-In entirely?

VIP check-in is only available during the designated time window listed in your VIP information email. If you arrive after check-in has closed, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee access to any remaining VIP package elements.

This may include (but is not limited to):

  • VIP merchandise
  • Meet & Greet experiences
  • Backstage tours
  • Early entry or other time-sensitive activities

Unclaimed VIP merchandise cannot be shipped after the event, and missed experiences are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

We strongly recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full VIP experience.
