What should I bring with me to VIP Check-In?

To ensure a smooth and efficient VIP check-in, please bring the following with you on the day of the show:

  • A valid photo ID for the original purchaser
  • Access to your concert ticket (mobile ticket via the official ticketing app is recommended)
  • Your VIP information email, either printed or available on your mobile device

If you are attending on behalf of the original purchaser, you must also bring a copy or photo of the original purchaser’s photo ID and the order confirmation email.

Our on-site team will use this information to verify your VIP package and complete check-in.
