Q: What’s included with the “LIMELIGHT” Front Row VIP Experience?
A: One premium front row seat, an official meet & greet with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, one professional photo with them (per transaction), one autographed item per guest, a behind-the-scenes production tour, Xanadu pre-show lounge access, two drink tokens, VIP merch items, laminate, and on-site VIP perks.
Q: Is the meet & greet photo per person or per order?
A: The professional photo is one per order.
Q: How many items can I bring for the autograph?
A: One item per guest; all items are subject to venue review.
Q: Which packages include the behind-the-scenes production tour?
A: The tour is included only with “LIMELIGHT” and “THE 2112” Private Platform Experience.
Q: What is the RUSH “Xanadu” pre-show lounge?
A: A dedicated lounge with memorabilia and original lyric sheets, a cash bar featuring RUSH x Henderson Brewing Company beers (where available), light appetizers, and two drink tokens for eligible packages.
Q: When do I get my VIP check-in details?
A: Detailed check-in information is emailed 3 - 5 days before the event to the address on your order.
Q: Where and when do I receive VIP merchandise? Can it be shipped?
A: VIP merchandise is picked up on site at check-in on show day. Items are not shipped after the event.
RUSH 2026 - TRAVEL PACKAGE
Q: What’s included in a RUSH Travel Package?
A: A two-night hotel stay, your choice of VIP tickets (“Closer to the Heart”) or Reserved Seating tickets, limited-edition merch items, a RUSH Travel welcome pack, round-trip venue shuttle (Inglewood and Ft Worth ONLY), and on-site host support. Inclusions are listed on each market’s package.
Q: Which cities offer Travel Packages?
A: Packages are listed for Los Angeles, Fort Worth (Dallas/Fort Worth), New York City, Chicago, and Toronto on the RUSH Travel page.
Q: Do Travel Packages include VIP experiences?
A: If you select a “Closer to the Heart” VIP Travel Package, your tickets include the VIP inclusions for that package, such as Xanadu lounge access. Reserved Seating Travel Packages include reserved tickets only.
Q: Where are Rows 2 - 12 for the tickets in the Closer to the Heart VIP package?
A: This is confirmed when you purchase your travel package. You get an opportunity to view and select your seats.
Q: Can I add, upgrade or combine the “Limelight - Front Row Experience" VIP package with my travel package?
A: No - that is a VIP package that is only available to purchase separately from travel packages.
Q: How many nights are included?
A: Each package includes a 2-night stay with check-in the day before the show and check-out the day after the show. 
Q: Can I choose my bed type?
A: Yes. Bed type is selected at checkout, where offered.
Q: Is transportation to the venue included?
A: Yes. Round-trip shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included for Travel Packages listed with shuttle service (Los Angeles and Ft Worth). Exact times are in your itinerary.
Q: What merchandise comes with Travel Packages?
A: Packages include two limited-edition RUSH merch items and a RUSH Travel welcome pack; gifts are one per person.
Q: Is there an on-site host, and can I reach someone during the trip?
A: Yes. An on-site host is available at the hotel; select packages also provide a text-only support number in your itinerary.
Q: Which hotels are used?
A: Hotel assignments are shown per city. Examples include Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles and Embassy Suites LAX South (Los Angeles), AC Hotel Fort Worth (Fort Worth), Hyatt Regency Chicago (Chicago), Kimpton Hotel Eventi and Renaissance New York Chelsea (NYC), and Novotel Toronto Centre (Toronto). Q: When will I receive my itinerary and check-in instructions?
A: Detailed instructions are emailed before your event; timing for VIP check-in communications is 3–5 days prior. Your travel confirmation will mirror this cadence.
Q: How are tickets provided with Travel Packages?
A: Tickets are included with your package. Delivery or pickup method is confirmed in your pre-show email; methods may vary by venue and ticket type.
Q: How many guests does a Travel Package cover?
A: Each travel package covers two people, including two concert tickets and two gifts (one per person).
