GHOST 2026: Skeletour World Tour (VIP Program FAQ)
GHOST - VIP EXPERIENCE FAQ
Q: What is the difference between The Anointed VIP Experience and The Ascended VIP Package for Ghost 2026?
A: The Anointed VIP Experience offers the most immersive Ghost experience, including one standing GA ticket with numbered early entry, and access to the exclusive Ghost Museum memorabilia display.
The Ascended VIP Package includes either one standing GA ticket, or one premium reserved ticket in the best available seated sections, crowd-free VIP merchandise shopping.
Both VIP experiences include VIP-exclusive Ghost merchandise collectibles, and priority check-in entry. In addition, crowd free merchandise shopping, priority check-in, dedicated road crew, and a VIP lane into the venue before general doors.
Q: I purchased The Ascended VIP Package and didn’t receive a museum component like last year. Was something missing?
A: For 2026, the Museum memorabilia display is only included in The Anointed VIP Experience. The Ascended package was structured to focus on early access, premium merchandise, and on-site convenience, but does not include that additional element.
Q: Do any Ghost 2026 VIP packages include backstage access or a photo with the band?
A: No. Ghost VIP packages and MOTC passes do not include backstage access, artist meet & greets, or photo opportunities with the band. All experiences take place within the designated VIP areas and on-site activations outlined in your itinerary.
Q: When will my VIP check-in details arrive for my city, and what should I do if I do not receive the email 3 - 5 days before the event?
A: VIP check-in details are sent via email 3 - 5 days before each show to the email address used for purchase. If you haven’t received the information within that window, please check your spam and junk folders first, then contact SUPER customer service for assistance.
Q: Will my VIP merchandise be shipped or picked up on site for my country, and how do I know which applies?
A: Guests will pick up their VIP merchandise on site at the VIP check-in area. Your VIP confirmation email will clearly indicate where to pick-up merchandise on-site.
Q: If I skip early entry, can I pick up VIP items after public doors open, and where do I go?
A: Yes. Guests who are not using early entry can collect their VIP items after general doors open at the venue’s box office or designated VIP check-in area listed in your itinerary.
Q: Are VIP packages and the MOTC Pass refundable or transferable if my plans change?
A: All Ghost VIP packages and MOTC passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend, your package cannot be transferred to another guest or show. Please review all dates and RSVP deadlines carefully before finalizing your selections.
GHOST - MEMBER OF THE CLERGY 2026
Q: How does the Member of the Clergy Pass work for multiple shows, and how do I add dates after my initial purchase?
A: The Member of the Clergy (MOTC) Pass grants access to multiple Ghost 2026 shows with numbered early entry. You do not need to select all show dates at once. After your initial purchase, you’ll receive RSVP forms by email before each leg of the tour. You can add new show dates anytime - just ensure each RSVP is submitted at least 10 days before the show you plan to attend.
A: When and how are numbered early entry positions assigned for MOTC, and where should I line up on show day?
Q: Early entry numbers are assigned in the order of arrival at the venue. On show day, check in at the VIP entrance or MOTC line as noted in your detailed itinerary, which arrives a few days before the show.
A: I am not attending a specific city. Do I need to submit the RSVP form for that date, or should I ignore it?
Q: If you’re not attending a city, you can simply ignore the RSVP email for that date. As stated in the check-in email: “If we haven’t heard from you by the deadline, we’ll assume you won’t be attending the show in that market, and no tickets will be reserved on your behalf.”
Q: What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline of at least 10 days before the show for MOTC date selection?
A: If the RSVP deadline passes, tickets cannot be reserved for that date. However, you can still submit future RSVPs for other eligible shows on the tour, provided those deadlines have not passed.
Q: When and where do I pick up my MOTC laminate, and is it issued only at my first attended show?
A: Your MOTC laminate will be available for pickup at VIP check-in at your first attended show. Once collected, you’ll use the same laminate for all remaining shows on the tour.
